Employees of Capgemini is running a campaign #Capgemini-BetraysEmployees claiming that they were given “0.50% to zero hike” at a time when the company reported more than 7% growth in constant exchange rate to Rs 3,153 million in first quarter of 2018.

Executives were drawn from director level or above, and from a diverse set of functions, and were closely associated with their organisations’ smart factory plans. The survey covered executives from eight countries: China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The report highlights several examples of successful smart factory initiatives in the automotive sector.
