Wipro management is depositing 2 months salary in employee’s account and then issues this letter. The letter says that the employees is discharged from service with immediate effect. The employee is asked to surrender ID card and leave the office.

IT companies availed subsidised land, power, tax holiday from the government in the name of generating employment opportunities. Now, when they are actively reducing jobs illegally, the government represented by labour department should intervene and enforce the law of the land.
