CTS shows its true colors. It treats its employees in inhuman manner, HR officials resort to illegal threats; the whole company from top to bottom behaves like a mafia gang punishing innocent victims.

This should make us angry. Are we living in a civilized country? Does CTS have any decency? Should we tolerate this treatment of its employees by CTS?
1. Planned ejection of employees from projects
Currently they stopped allocating MS rating resources in projects. They said it was organizationally informed to HR’s. [So, it is a deliberately planned, top down action to retrench employees without following due process of law].
I joined CTS in 29th August 2016 and got ms. My current project allocation is ending on this 21st After that I’ll be in adp from 10th may. But 22nd April to 9th may, there is nothing in my assignment. My concern is this period : 22nd April till 10th May.. don’t know what to fill in timesheet
2. Torturing and blackmailing to resign
Tom I have 4th meeting with HR. I told her drop a official mail, so that I will resign right now. But she said I cannot do that, then I said I cannot resign. [They are not ready to give anything in writing!]
Again friday she called for meeting along with 2 other HR. I said I am not satisfied with the rating. I asked release from the project in the month of Aug. They gave me release in the month of feb. I asked release from the project so MS rating. [What a reason to give MS rating!]
HR said u should have raised grievances.
In the mean while she is torturing, And there attitude OMG Mental torture and blackmailing
I will discuss about my rating. I will ask her to give the detail description for my rating. I have dropped a mail, stating, I need clarification for my MS rating. As there is no grievance, I asked her I need the detailed explanation for my MS rating. I am ready to take legal battle
3. Mafia like threats and cruelty of HR
[I was] To resign on thurs on 6 april. I dint do on thur 6 april. she called me on my phn on fri 7th. I dint answrd.
On mon morning she called to my parents that where is she. [So determined to achieve target of retrenching so many employees, who is this HR?]
then I met hr on mon 10th. I said I was not well and I have talked to a manager regarding project.
She said u are massed layed off so u cant get in any proj. She said why I dint came on fri 7th to met her. I said I was un well, gone to dr outside. She said have u aplied leave? I said for 2 hour who will apply leave.
Then she tortured that she can case a file against me and terminate me on the basis that I was not in office for 2 hour. [They can not terminate legally. 2 hours not in office is a flimsy reason to threaten employee with termination.]
I said I need time I cant resign. I have not even completed 2 yr in cts.
she said either u resign in an hour or I will terminate u so I had to resign 😪
I have talked to a manager he was ready to take me in his proj but nw he told hr has asked not to pull me as I have resignd nd got 4th rating.
Manager has cald me today and said that I was checkng ur background and u got 4th rating as per hr policy I cant take u in proj u talk to hr if they agree.
If I take the resignation back they will again torture and terminate.
4. Can they terminate?
Do they really have the right to terminate in case we do not resign? Or are they using this trick just to scare
HR is frightening employees by telling wrong statements. Nothing they can do with experience letter. Also when one join other company they wont ask for rating from cts. So CTS cant provide anything negative to other companies. So dont fear your career will be affected if u raise ur voice.
They meed to inform labour commission incase of termination. Termination has legal issues which HR will avoid. Thats why we were telling not to resign.
They can not just terminate without proper justification. Ask them to send an email with the relavant reason why they want to fire ..
Be strong that u dont deserve MS…People who had resigned go and take back immediately.
Advice given by NDLF to affected employees
If you have been forced to resign, take it back. You should write a letter to the same HR who pressurised for resignation. The content should be as follows (addressed to the management)
“I have been forced to leave the job,which amounts to illegal retrenchment. Some amount is forcibly credited into my bank account .
In the situation of forcible retrenchment, I am using the amount credited into my account for my living expenses without prejudice to my right to seek legal remedy against the above said illegal retrenchment.”
By fighting this together, we can give CTS and other IT corporates a strong message that their behaviour will not be tolerated.
