NDLF Fight Against Illegal CTS Action

This entry is part 4 of 4 in the series IT Union - Legal Fights

NDLF IT Employees Wing has been fighting against an illegal action by CTS.

CTS has officially sent an email asking its employees to log nine hours (excluding food breaks) as compulsory working hours.

Organizer of IT Employees Wing Mr. Karpaga Vinayagam approached the labor insepctor to complain against this illegal action of CTS. After the complaint is filed, repeated reminders regarding further action did not evoke any response from the labour office.

As per the policy of NDLF IT Employees Wing to fight on any issue pertaining to the rights of labour to the finish, last Thursday (06-10-2016) the Union organizer went in person to meet labor inspector at Kancheepuram. The labor inspector has assured that action will be taken within a week.

We request all the members of NDLF IT Employees Wing and other IT Employees to support and share your views on this issue.

Thanks and regards
