• 2K – 17 Cases (1- TCS, 16- Wipro) at Labour commission
• 2A – 2 Cases is filed at Court against Mphasis and HCL, 4 –Wipro cases at Labour commission

2. Discussed Topics

• Discussed the detailed insights on current Appraisal systems followed by various IT and BPO
  companies and impacts
• Importance of Woman Safety at work place and challenges
• Changes in TCS appraisal systems due to legal fight of NDLF union member
• CCTV is facilitated at TRIL roads due to concern raised by NDLF union member

3. Next Steps

• Decided to legally fight against the current appraisal system followed by IT companies as its unscientific way assessment of employee’s performance
• Decided to prepare a awareness video on Wipro response on Layoff at Labour commission on 2K and employee response
• Decided to publish Wipro letters in social media, which Wipro is sent to Labour commission on 2K petition
• All the members are requested to transfer the Monthly fund and renewal the membership
