In case of compliance issues also, the company has to perform sufficient inquiry before termination. The main reason is the employee is going to lose the livelihood as his/her job is at stake. The company should hear the employee side before any disciplinary action. They have to conduct an enquiry. The employer has to issue sufficient warnings and memos.

But many people accepted self-resignation as they did not able to face HR threats. You need to be mentally strong and should not be influenced by others. Tata Technologies brought such policies first into the IT sector. As per the Economics Time article dated Jul 24, it introduced a new policy that asked employees to go on forced leave till the end of the year 2020. ( for the period of 4 to 5months). I want to start this story from the most recent event. Yes, today [03-08-2020I received termination letter from the company for which I worked for the past 18.5 years. This termination comes as a surprise to me as I did not have any intimation from my company regarding my termination. After 18.5 years of service, I was issued a perfunctory termination letter.
